The quiet bending of sifted truths,
Crumbs hastily brushed aside.
(this one I like- it is for you)
received in an email from my beloved friend, Shannon Motter.

All Hands In- (some older [yet still of recent] photos, since working the past 6/6 shifts with 16 hour days included yielded no new productions)
It's passing at the speed of blur.
To the company you keep. Keep trying.
And it's piquant and distinctly vivid.
And we should all be proud, and hardly humble about it.
But safe, always safe- keeping cool and composed.
Like I said, at the speed of blur.
Keep moving; tick-tock, those things can be dangerous, you know?

IN A STATION OF THE METRO
During my Colorado visit I found Ezra Pound's Biography at a used book store [in Denver].
In turn, it made me think of why I keep coming back to this poem:
The apparition of these faces in the crowd ;
Petals on a wet, black bough.
(I haven't [yet] found a way to articulate my conclusions)

New Camp.
4th of July- my favorite holiday, and one of my favorite [simple] hikes of The White Clouds!
Face Painter.
This girl is fun.
Yes, that is a face-painting of Shaquille O'neal (when he played for the Orlando Magic) slam dunking a basketball like no other.
This camper was always smiling!
Harry Pottered.
Titus Lake!
Lisa, hiking back from Titus Lake with me!
Here, I jumped the gun too early. So foolish of me.
Becky and Darrin Jones have the best kids.
These are two of my favorite people.
To be a kid.
To build, dig, create, and imagine as a kid!
Here my friend Chris is guarding like Gary Payton when he played for the Seattle SuperSonics!
