A Proper (Seattle) Introduction.

Tyra's wedding view... Oh Washington, you're just flaunting it.
A simple park design that I was alright with; alright.
Safeco acted somewhat as an official stamp of "The Seattle Experience." Twins Lost in the last few innings, but took two out of the weekend's three.
Jeanette is thoroughly enraged regarding the games outcome. (Wait, who was playing? Overall the game was fairly dull.) I was frustrated that I missed The Sounders game- (where ironically enough, they were playing the Chicago Fire.)
Carrie celebrated.
The groom danced up a storm-
She won it with her cool.
Ciera went into it with a casual approach in juxtaposition with the other competitors.
Don and I later tried to figure out this ring application thing, however the wine was much more fascinating.
Camp reunions, support, and fun. Don Scott is a real Champion.

The initial purpose of the trip. Tyra- (another Hodian) married!
Searching for Ferries. (see what I did there?)
Ciera has quite the silhouette. She was the best host!
Goofy Games.

Jeanette, my friend from high school! We hadn't talked for 7/8 years, an awesome addition to the Seattle experience!
Pleasant.
Where am I?

Finally an inside view- Oh Rem! A Study in Textures, Angles, and Materials.

Ciera (a camp friend)- totally doing it on her own! Started my excellent introduction to Seattle).

An introduction to Amedi, Dahuk, Iraq- and an introduction to Ramadhan [where the sunsets, the food appears and you eat until you're full, and then you eat more- because it's that delicious. Daouid, Kevi, their children, and of course Donald, Barb.- amazing]. Such gracious hosts.

ah, but is it art?

The quiet bending of sifted truths,
Crumbs hastily brushed aside.

(this one I like- it is for you)

All Hands In- (some older [yet still of recent] photos, since working the past 6/6 shifts with 16 hour days included yielded no new productions)

It's passing at the speed of blur.
To the company you keep. Keep trying.
And it's piquant and distinctly vivid.

And we should all be proud, and hardly humble about it.
But safe, always safe- keeping cool and composed.

Like I said, at the speed of blur.
Keep moving; tick-tock, those things can be dangerous, you know?

IN A STATION OF THE METRO

During my Colorado visit I found Ezra Pound's Biography at a used book store [in Denver].
In turn, it made me think of why I keep coming back to this poem:

The apparition of these faces in the crowd ;
Petals on a wet, black bough.

(I haven't [yet] found a way to articulate my conclusions)
